Registration

General Information

Early Registration Ends September 21st, 2026.

Registering early helps us plan effectively for added facilities, power, concessions, tables, chairs, etc.  If you are concerned about the weather or not sure of how many days and nights you will be attending and would like to secure the early registration rate, register for at least one night. You can add and/or change nights at the event. We do not issue refunds if you leave early or are unable to attend.

Each person attending the PSSG must be registered. A registration fee of $50.00 (individual rate) or $75.00(family rate) is charged to cover the expenses of the PSSG. Family registration covers two adults and their dependent children (age 18 and under). Students attending an educational institution can register for $15. You are urged to take advantage of advanced registration on the website or by mail before early registration ends. If you wish to use the paper registration form, print the forms linked below. Please complete and return the attached registration form, with payment, to the address indicated.

After early registration ends, and at the gate, the registration fee will be $75.00 (individual rate) or $100.00 (family rate) and $25.00 for students.

Registration confirmations will be emailed to you. 

Payment must be received by the Early Registration End Date shown above.

After the Registration End Date, attendees may register on-site at the event. Registration payment at the event can be cash or check or credit card.

Payment

The Atlanta Astronomy Club and the Peach State Star Gaze use PayPal as an online payment processor.  A PayPal account is not required for payment.  

Advance Registration Fees

Advance registration ends on the Early Registration End Date listed above.  If you register after the Early Registration End Date, please review the Walk-In section of this page.

The event registration fee is $50.00 for an individual and $75.00 for a family.  Student registration is $15.00.  Camping fees are $10.00 per night for individuals, $15.00 per night for families, and $3.00 per night for students.  Off site fees are $6.00 per person per day for individuals, $10.00 per day for families, and $2.00 per day for students.  

Walk-in Registration Fees

Advance registration ends on the Early Registration End Date listed above.  If you register after the Early Registration End Date, please review the Walk-In fees.

The walk-in event registration fee is $75.00 for an individual, $100.00 for a family.  Student registration is $40.00.  Camping fees are $10.00 per night for individuals and $15.00 per night for families.  Off site fees are $6.00 per person per day for individuals, $10.00 per day for families, and $2.00 per day for students.  

Refund Policy

Cancellations will be refunded in full with written notification received by the Early Registration End Date listed above.  Refunds will be processed within ten business days after the Event End Date listed above.

After the Early Registration End Date listed above, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted after Early Registration End Date listed above.

T-Shirts are not refundable after the Event End Date.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrival or premature departure.

The PSSG is an all weather event. The event will not be rescheduled or canceled due to weather.
